CS Nails
Csilla Domokos, of CS Nails, believes in giving her best and that comes back to her in so many ways through friendships with long-standing clients and opportunities to fundraise for her clients when they are in need.
Csilla provides a listening ear and the chance for her clients to enjoy quality time while getting a treatment. She provides tea, coffee and wee treats during their appointments.
She appreciates that in this economy that getting their nails done is a luxury and she doesn’t take her clients for granted.
Hygge Hair Salon
Chloe Ewing and her team at Hygge Hair Salon like to make each customer feel special and wanted.
Her vision is that the salon is a place where everyone feels welcome. If staff are happy that reflects in their good behaviour towards the clients.
Chloe aims for each client to leave the salon having experienced the Hygge feeling – cosiness, good feelings, friendship and warmth.
The team make a concerted effort to get to know customers in order to offer qualified advice and recommendations on services, products.
House of Vixen
House of Vixen owner Brenda O’Donnell is passionate about good customer service – word-of-mouth is very important and she believes it is a foundational building block for regular use of the Omagh clothing store.
Brenda ensures every customer receives excellent service in order to leave the store feeling happy and satisfied and everyone is treated the same and leaves with a good impression.
At House of Vixen, relationships are built and maintained in order to offer styling advice. Deliveries are made to local customers by hand on a daily basis.
Pure Perfection
Sinead O’Hanlon, of Pure Perfection beauty salon in Fintona, believes that small things can make a big difference. They aim to go above and beyond for their customers, offering refreshments if there’s time, professional after-care advice and qualified guidance on recommended products.
Given the high level of competition locally, Sinead says it’s important to excel in customer service and give them the ‘wow’ factor to set yourself apart from other providers.
Staff at Pure Perfection like to provide a memorable experience which leaves customers with a favourable lasting impression.
