Mollie’s Diner
Staff at Mollie’s Diner in Omagh strive to go above and beyond for their customers and regularly deliver their tasty meals to housebound or ill people and others in need.
During the Covid-19 lockdown, staff got to know their regulars even better by offering a delivery service.
To help keep customer satisfaction at a high standard, all staff receive ongoing in-house training on phone manner and dealing with customers including resolving complaints.
Regulars return again and again to the diner, many on first-name terms with the staff.
Il Carro Della Pizza
Cathal Gormley, the owner of Il Carro Della Pizza, a mobile wood-fired pizza truck, prides himself on providing his customers with excellent service.
He tailor-makes his menu for every event he attends to suit the wants of the customers and also encourages them to try new toppings. He can adapt his menu to meet the dietary requirements of his customers.
Cathal encourages on-the-spot feedback from his customers to ensure they are satisfied with the product and his service. He ensures he does his best for each occasion.
