GILLESPIE, Mark – Omagh, died peacefully 14th May 2020 in Springlawn Nursing Home. Beloved husband to Helen (Askin) Devoted father to Maria (Quinn), Anne (Rooney) and Conor, loving father in-law Neil, Peter and Maryclaire (Taggart), much loved grandfather to Caolan, Se, Sarah, Dara, James and Odhran. Cherished brother to Briege (Donnelly), Mary (Sexton) and the late Sean, Susan (Southward) and baby Nora.
Mark’s remains will leave his late residence, 8 Pinewood Avenue, Omagh at 9.30 am on Saturday, 16th May 2020 for 10 am Requiem Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Killyclogher, followed by his burial afterwards in St. Lawrence’s graveyard, Fintona at 11.15 am.
For those who wish to show a presence along the funeral route, Mark will leave Pinewood at 9.30 am and travel along the Hospital Road, Cookstown Road, Knock-na-Moe Road to arrive at St. Mary’s Church for 10 am.
In light of the Coronavirus and in the interests of health and safety within the community, the wake and funeral will be strictly private. Alternatively the funeral Mass can be viewed on the Cappagh Parish webcam.
