McQUAID, Barney – formerly of 303 Loughmuck Road, Fintona, BT78-2BX, died peacefully at Willow Grove Nursing Home on Tuesday, 25th May 2021. Beloved husband of Margaret. Cherished father to Siobhan Murray (Peter), Fiona Kingsmore (Stephen) and Ronan. Devoted grandfather to Conor, Rachel, Rebekah, Daniel, Shane and Francesca. and great grandfather to Ava. Treasured brother to Tommy, Veronica, Kathleen and the late Jim, Willie, Joe, Peter, Maureen McMahon, Sarah McLaughlin and Nellie Mclaughlin.
Barney will leave his late residence at 10.30 am on Thursday, 27th May for 11 am Requiem Mass in St. Lawrence’s Church, Fintona, followed by his burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
For those who wish to show a presence along the funeral route, Barney will travel from the Loughmuck Road along Church Bray, Main Street, Tattymoyle Road, and Lisdergan Road to arrive at 11 am.
In light of the Coronavirus and in the interests of health and safety within the community, the house will be strictly private with social distancing being adhered to at the funeral, alternatively, the Mass may be viewed at 11 am via the Donacavey Parish webcam.
Deeply regretted by his loving wife, daughters, son, sons-in-law, grandchildren, brother, sisters, nephews, nieces and entire family circle.
