Efforts are underway to find the owner of a dog found in Donemana today.
The Collie-type dog was found at Duncastle Road. It is now being looked at Derry City and Strabane District Council’s dog pound.
The owner of the dog can claim it by contacting the council’s dog control service on 02871253253 or the out-of-hours line on 07734 128096. Proof of ownership is required.
A spokesperson for the council said they do not deal with queries on social media.
