COUNCIL officials have recommended a new play park and picnic area in Gortin be given planning permission.
Plans were recently submitted for the new facilities in the village.
The proposed development is beside Owenkillew Community Centre.
Officials within the planning department at Fermanagh and Omagh District Council have recommended approving the plans.
However, the final decision will be taken by local councillors at a meeting of the council’s planning committee tomorrow.
