Loving father of Darren (Elaine), Keith (Wendy) and Trevor (Katherine), much loved grandfather of Laura, Chloe, Jordan (Claire), Dillon, Ellen, Emily and Callum, also a dear brother of Victor, Herbie, Christine, Violet, Ann, Rita, Ivan, Gordon and the late Ian. The death has taken place April 6th 2025 of John McGaughey, 4 Glencoppagh Road, Plumbridge. Husband of Nicola, much loved father of Eve, Charlotte and Johnnie, dearly loved son of Teresa and the late Brendan and brother of Marian, Peter and Danielle. Reposing at his home on Tuesday (April 8th) from 7p.m. Funeral leaving his home on Thursday (April 10th) at 10.15a.m. for Requiem Mass in St Mary’s Church, Aughabrack at 11a.m. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Deeply regretted by his sorrowing wife, son, daughters, mother, brother, sisters, nephews, nieces, god daughters and family circle. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. BLACK, April 5th, 2025 JOHN JAMES. Peacefully at Graan Abbey Care Home and late of St Julians Way, Omagh. Service of Thanksgiving for the life of John will be held in Armstrong’s Funeral Home on Thursday at 11am followed by committal in Greenhill Cemetery. Lovingly remembered by the entire family circle, “Peace Perfect Peace”

Hancock (formerly of 3 Millview, Drapersfield, Cookstown), Thomas (Tom) peacefully, April 7th 2025 (R.I.P). Beloved husband of Maureen. Devoted father of Gary and father-in-law of Fiona. Precious grandfather of Emma and Sara. Cherished brother of Maureen and brother-in-law of Michael, Gerard and Ann. St. Padre Pio Pray for him. Thomas’s remains will repose at Niall A. Loughran Funeral Directors for a wake on Tuesday (April 8th) from 12:00 noon – 8:00pm. Funeral from there on Wednesday (April 9th) at 1:30pm going to Church of the Most Holy Trinity, Cookstown for 2:00pm Requiem Mass, followed by burial afterwards in St Joseph St Malachy’s Cemetery, Drummullan.
