Mc Cool (Moy, Co Tyrone) 12th April 2025, suddenly, Paddy Joe (P.J), in his 92nd year, beloved husband of the late Marie, may they rest in peace, and loving father to Imelda, Peter, Dermot and Aidan, cherished father in law to Eamon and Sinead and grandfather to Maeve, Rory and Ciara, 41 Dungannon Street BT717SH. Sacred heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Very deeply regretted by his sorrowing sons, daughter, son in law, daughter in law, grandchildren, sister Myrnae, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces and the entire family circle. The death has occurred of Kathleen Patricia Traynor (nee Mc Kinney of Shergrim), peacefully at South West Acute Hospital. Mother of Vincent and Marie and grandmother to Hugh, Rose and Michael. Kathleen’s funeral will take place at St Mary’s Church, Killyclogher on Monday 14th April at 10am. Kathleen will be interred thereafter at a small private service and we would prefer family flowers only please. Peace Perfect Peace.

Arthurs, 12th April 2025 Peacefully at Chestnut Lodge Care Home, Eva, 10 Derryveen Crescent, Granville, Dungannon. Loving wife of Jim, dear mother of John and Colin and the late baby Fiona, mother-in-law of Diane, grandmother of Rebecca, Jonathan, Matthew, Joshua and Poppy and much loved great grandmother. Funeral service in St Michael’s Parish Church on Tuesday 15th April 2025 at 2 p.m., followed by interment in the adjoining churchyard. House private, family and friends welcome. Ferguson – April 10th 2025 (suddenly) at his home, 58 Gallion Glen, Cookstown, Gilbert David, devoted Daddy of Gareth, Lee (Elaina), Kyra (David), Nikita (Dean) and Lucia, much adored Granda of Lewis, Ellia and Brodie, much loved Son of Samuel David and May Ferguson, dearest Brother of Iris, Robert and Sandra and a loving Partner of Oksana. The Family have requested that the House is private on Sunday (April 13th) for Family only from 6:00pm – 9:00pm. All welcome at Gilbert’s home on Monday (April 14th) from 6:00pm – 9:00pm. Funeral service will take place in his home on Tuesday, April 15th commencing at 1:00pm, followed by burial in Cookstown Cemetery at 2:15pm (approx.). Family flowers only please. Philomena (Phil) Bridget Morris, 11th April 2025, late of Dean Crookes Fold, 165 Newtownards Road, Belfast, BT4 3HZ. Formerly of Meencloghore, Scraghy, Castlederg, Co Tyrone. The youngest daughter of the late James and Anne Jane Morris (nee Lunney) and beloved sister of the late Mary Ellen Carr, Susanna Morris, Margaret Monaghan, Cathy Gethings and John Arthur Morris. Phil was a cherished aunt to her nieces, nephews, the wider family circle and a dear friend to her many work colleagues and those in her wider social circle. Phil will repose in O’Neill’s Funeral Home, 98 Stewartstown Road, Belfast, BT11 9JP on Sunday 13th April from 2 – 5pm, followed by removal of her remains to St Colmcille’s Church, 191A, Newtownards Road, Belfast, BT4 3JB for 7pm, where her remains will repose overnight. Mass on Monday 14th April at 11.00am in St Colmcille’s Church, followed by removal to McKervey’s Funeral Home, 22 Erne Drive, Ederney, Co Fermanagh, BT93 0EN, where Phil will repose from 5 – 9pm. Funeral mass can be viewed on https://churchmedia.tv/colmcillesbelfast Requiem Mass on Tuesday 15th April at 11.00am in St Joseph’s Church, Lettercran, Pettigo, Co Donegal 9C6JJ735, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if desired, in aid of the Urology Department, Royal Victoria Hospital, to Claude McKervey, 22 Erne Drive, Ederney, Co Fermanagh, BT93 0EN, or to any family member. Phil will be very sadly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.

Mc Cann (nee Hughes) (Derryvale, Coalisland) 11th April 2025. Peacefully at home after a short illness, Carmel, RIP, beloved wife of the late Oliver RIP, much loved mother of Brian, Roslyn (Arthur), Ursula (O’Neill), Elena, Mella (Coyles) and Colin, cherished grandmother of Clíona, Áine, Méabh, Zara, Alana, Chloe and Niamh and dear sister of Ignatius, Annette and the late Paddie RIP. Removal on Monday 14th April, from Carmel’s late residence, 66, Derryvale Road, Coalisland BT71 4PB, to arrive at SS Mary and Joseph’s Church, Brackaville Road for Requiem Mass at 10am. Interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Our Lady of Lourdes pray for her. Deeply regretted by her sorrowing daughters, sons, sons-in-law Barry, Mark and the late Julian RIP, daughters-in-law Gillian and Holly, granddaughters, brother, sister, nephews, nieces and entire family circle. St. Bernadette pray for her. Please note Carmel will be reposing at her late residence from 6pm on Saturday and from 11am on Sunday. Please note that late residence will be private for family from 10pm. Your understanding is appreciated.

Mc Kinney Omagh 12th April 2025 Joan R.I.P 57 Strathroy Rd. Peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Daughter of the late Gerry and Jean, dearly beloved sister of Frances, Kate, Pat (Mona) John (Anne), Gillian, Leo (Elaine), (Mary) and predeceased by Declan. Now reposing at her late residence today Saturday 4pm – 9pm, Sunday 2pm – 9pm family and friends welcome. Funeral Monday at 12 noon in the Christ the King Strathroy which can be viewed on Cappagh Parish Webcam with interment in Greenhill Cemetery. Family time please on morning of funeral. Deeply regretted by her brothers, sisters, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and entire family circle. Our Lady of Lourdes pray for her.
