I’d travel to Nashville for free!

Biting my nails.

No. I was independent from when I was 15-years-old.

Wet, windy and cold, haha!

What is the most embarrassing thing you have done?

Pressed the ‘help’ button in the multi-story car park when I couldn’t find a space, and the voice told me that there was ‘one beside you’. And there was, haha!

Yes – when I took over The Burger Hut in Omagh.

The day both of my children were born.

The day I was diagnosed with cancer.

When my kids don’t empty the bin!

Grey Goose Vodka (which my friends are too tight to buy me!)

Dory from ‘Finding Nemo’!

What has been your greatest achievement?

Raising my children alone.
