Recently, Wendy’s business, ‘The Burger Hut’ in Campsie, Omagh became a viral sensation after a video of the local lady making a chip wrap on TikTok garnered almost two million views in two weeks. If you could be invisible for a day, what would you do?

I’d travel to Nashville for free!

What is your least appealing habit?

Biting my nails.

What is your greatest trait?

Making chip wraps.

If you could ask God one question, what would it be?

Please keep my kids safe and healthy.

Did you have a role model as a youth?

No. I was independent from when I was 15-years-old.

How would you describe Tyrone to someone who has never been here before?

Wet, windy and cold, haha!

Trigger Point.

What is the most embarrassing thing you have done?

Pressed the ‘help’ button in the multi-story car park when I couldn’t find a space, and the voice told me that there was ‘one beside you’. And there was, haha!

Yes – when I took over The Burger Hut in Omagh.

The day both of my children were born.

The day I was diagnosed with cancer.

Grey Goose Vodka (which my friends are too tight to buy me!)
