A NUMBER of buildings at the rear of an Omagh pub could be demolished to facilitate expansion plans.
The Blind Cobbler on John Street, which is run by the Short family who have also opened the Cheeky Fox in Tattyreagh in recent years, has become a key destination for revellers in the town.
They are seeking permission from Fermanagh and Omagh District Council (FODC) to knock down a number of outbuildings at the rear of the premises.
The family have also sought planning permission for the provision of an outdoor coffee area at the Blind Cobbler.
Outdoor dining areas have become increasingly popular as society copes with the pandemic.
