Moy GAA club confirms Covid case

MOY GAA club have today confirmed that a Covid19 case has been identified within the club community.

A club statement from Chairman Francie McQuade explained the individual has been advised to self isolate for 14 days and the Tyrone County Board and the Public Health Agency (PHA) have been notified.

The statement read, “The club has been notified of a positive Covid19 case within our community.

“Anyone who has been identified as having had close contact with the person concerned within the previous 48 hours within the club are currently being contacted.

“Outside of the club, the community will be informed directly by the contact tracing team from the PHA and given direction as to what they should do next.

“We will continue to liase with the Tyrone County Board and the PHA on an ongoing basis in order to comply with the current guidelines.”
