Older people invited to question councillors at event in Omagh

OLDER people are being given a chance to question local councillors at a special event in Omagh next month.

Many issues managed by Fermanagh and Omagh District Council impact on older people’s lives.

However, they may feel they never get an opportunity to put forward their views.

Well, now they have that chance.

The ‘Your Council, Your Questions’ event will be held at the council chamber at The Grange building in Omagh on Tuesday, October 14, from 10.30am to 1pm.

It will provide an opportunity for older people to ask questions of their local representatives on the issues that affect them.
