POLICE in Omagh have confiscated a speaker and alcohol following reports of anti-social which targeted an elderly woman and a young family.
Officers were called to music being played at an “inconsiderate level” in a residential area of the town on Saturday evening.
A PSNI spokesperson said, “As well as the music being played at an inconsiderate level in residential areas, we had reports of a number of front doors being rapped.
“The houses targeted included one with a three-month old baby and another with a 92 year old woman living in them.”
Several bottles of beer were confiscated as well as a large portable speaker.
The owner of the speaker has been urged to get in touch with the Omagh Neighbourhood Policing team to claim it.
