THREE school buses with children on board were left blocked as a result of flooding caused by Storm Barra earlier today.
The incident occurred when the vehicles were travelling towards Omagh from Gortin.
A Translink spokesperson said, “There was a sudden deterioration in the weather, making road conditions treacherous.
“Safety is our top priority and the buses waited for a short time until conditions cleared and it was safe to proceed.
“We apologise to our passengers for any delay.”
