Timmy Mallet enjoys Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weeny Tyrone visit

ICONIC children’s TV presenter Timmy Mallett says he will definitely return to the north west for another vacation, after he fell in love with the area this week.

Speaking to the Ulster Herald as he prepared to return home to England, Mr Mallett said he had enjoyed a “glorious trip” around the North, visiting a host of locations including Strabane and Sion Mills.

It was 30 years ago that Timmy hit the number one spot with his cover of ‘Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weeny Yellow Polkadot Bikini’.
