WITH the Tyrone ladies now set to prepare for an Ulster Championship semi-final at the start of next month the focus will now be on the clubs and the new All County League.
Fixtures for Divisions One and Two have been released this week while fixtures for the third tier, a new look Junior League, will be firmed up next week.
In the senior league reigning champions St Macartan’s open their campaign with a trip to Cappagh, a side promoted last season. Fellow newcomers Omagh will host Trillick while a hotly tipped Errigal test their mettle against Carrickmore.
In Division Two, relegated Sperrin Og will be focused on an immediate return to the top flight. They face neighbours Badoney while junior champions Coalisland, with Niamh Hughes and Emma Jane Gervin on their books, have an extra two weeks to wait before they start.
The fixtures committee have sought to stagger games to suit the County side who have an Ulster Championship semi-final on May 5th.
