Dromore pupils get new iPads as part of community project

PUPILS at a local primary school have received new iPads.

Members of Dromore Controlled Primary School’s Parent Support Group (PSG), Lorraine Virtue and Julie Kenwell, are pictured presenting pupils with eight new iPads.

The PSG was the successful recipient of a Rural Micro Capital Grant 2024/25, awarded by Omagh Forum for Rural Associations and Fermanagh Rural Community Network on behalf of the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs NI.

The project is designed to address local issues and reduce rural poverty and social isolation in the community.
