It is believed that at least one person has been killed in the fatal crash on the Tullyvar Road in Aughnacloy
The road is currently closed in both directions following a serious crash and six ambulances and other emergency services were called to the scene.
The closure is between the Annaghilla Road Roundabout, Ballygawley and Favour Royal Road, Aughnacloy.
The PSNI has asked motorists to avoid the area and to seek an alterative route.
