The Tyrone CCC has announced today that league matches at senior/reserve level will go ahead on Friday evenings, a seismic shift from previous years where the bulk of matches were played on Sunday afternoons.
The CCC, which is headed up by Martin Sludden, has said that senior/reserve games will commence on May 28 and will be played every Friday so far as it’s possible.
Meanwhile, the youth season is also set to go ahead shortly once outstanding fixtures hanging over from last season are fulfilled. U13 games start on May 19 and will be played on Wednesdays; U17 games commence on May 20 and will be played on Thursdays; U15 games commence on May 22 and are to take place on Saturdays, while U19 games commence on May 23 and will also be played on Sundays.
