Town to meet Rangers in last eight of Mulhern Cup

LAST year’s beaten finalists Enniskillen Town United have been paired with rivals Enniskillen Rangers in the quarter-finals of the Mulhern Cup.

Town, who were defeated by Strathroy Harps on penalties in last year’s decider, were handed home advantage against their cross-town neighbours in last night’s draw.

In the other last eight ties treble-chasing Tummery Athletic will visit Mountfield, Dergview Reserves will entertain NFC Kesh while Orchard Farm will host Augher Stars.

In the quarter-final draw for the Reihill Cup, Enniskillen Rangers Res will host Magheraveely Res, Strathroy Harps Res will entertain Dergview thirds, Enniskillen Rangers Colts take on the winners of Lisbellaw III or Ardstraw Res while Tummery Athletic Res travel to the winners of Killen Rangers Res/NFC Kesh Res.

All quarter-final ties have been pencilled in for Saturday, March 23 and will be played to a finish with extra-time and penalties if required.
