Council trying to reunite dogs found in Sion with their owners

THE hunt is on to find the owner or owners of two dogs found together in Sion Mills.

The Labrador crosses were found at Primrose Park in the village yesterday.

They are now being cared for by the dog warden team at Derry City and Strabane District Council.

Owners of these dogs can claim them by contacting the dog control service on 028 71 253 253.

Proof of ownership is required.

“We don’t deal with queries on social media please contact us directly,” said a council spokesperson.
