If you could be invisible for a day, what would you do?
I’d watch my sons at the childminders or school to see how they are without me (a shout-out to Leo aged two and Logan aged four!).
What is your least appealing habit?
Slurping tea (my partner said).
What is your greatest trait?
I’d like to think I’m very loyal, almost too loyal.
If you could ask God one question, what would it be?
I’d ask God why this world still has poverty and war.
Did you have a role model as a youth?
My Dad is my role model. He is, and was, everything to me.
How would you describe Tyrone to someone who has never been here before?
Tyrone is great craic, and the people are proud of their roots but you have to be able to take banter.
What are you watching on television?
I’m watching Wimbledon and Love Island at the moment.
Tell us a song that reminds you of your childhood?
The Saturday Night Fever theme, my Dad used to always play it.
Who is your favourite musician?
It’s Avril Lavigne, the pop punk teen in me lives on!!
What is your favourite film?
The Die Hard movies!
What makes you angry?
I hate smoking, and I really hate people who think that they are more important than other people.
What is your favourite memory?
I would have to say going on holiday as a kid.
And your saddest?
It’s being sick in hospital as a 13-year-old and nearly dying of meningitis.
Has there been a defining moment in your life that has got you to where you are today?
Yes, moving to Ireland at the age of 21, and going from a boy to man. Also, surviving meningitis when I was younger.
What is the most embarrassing thing you
have done?
I would say an online video of me doing the YMCA.
What is your most treasured possession?
After family photos, I collect 50ps.
Do you have a catchphrase?
Yes, when with my kids I’m not a childminder… I’m just Daddy.
What’s your tipple?
A pint of Corona or Guinness.
Who would play you in a film of your life?
Brad Pitt, for the craic.
What has been your greatest achievement?
Being a father and raising 20 grand for the Meningitis Research Foundation. As well as interviewing some pretty famous footballers and celebrities.
What is your life’s motto (or favourite quote)?
Always look on the brighter side of life.
What song would you like played at your funeral?
Don’t Worry be Happy by Bob Marley. It was my mum’s funeral song and hits a nerve.
