A FURTHER six deaths related to Covid-19 in the North have been reported today by the Department of Health, bringing its total to 482.
The latest figures were published several hours before the Northern Ireland Executive announced the lifting of further restrictions as part of its phased plan to ease out of lockdown.
Garden centres and recycling centres were allowed to reopen this morning.
And from tomorrow, groups of six people will be allowed to meet outdoors – as long as they adhere to social distancing of two metres.
Churches will also be allowed to reopen for private prayer, while some sports such as golf can resume, subject to restrictions.
