THE PSNI have arrested a man for drink driving following a road traffic collision in Coalisland on Monday (February 14).
Shortly after 2.30pm police attended the scene of a a two-vehicle road traffic collision at the Dungannon Road.
A woman was taken to hospital for her injuries.
The PSNI said, “Police attended a report of a two-vehicle road traffic collision at the Dungannon Road, Coalisland on Monday, February 14.
“Shortly after 2.30pm, it was reported that a grey Peugeot 208 and a silver Ford Galaxy were involved in the incident.
“One woman was taken to hospital for her injuries. One man in his 50s was arrested on suspicion of driving with excess alcohol in breath and has been released on bail.”
Enquiries are continuing and police would appeal to anyone with any information to contact police on 101, quoting reference number 1002 14.02.22.
