LOCAL siblings Reuben and Anna Lynd have showed their creativity in making essential masks and scrubs required for our frontline key NHS workers.
While the McClintock PS, Seskinore pupils been working hard on their Learning Packs during the day, in the evenings they have put their pencils down and brought out the sewing machine.
This generous act has been praised by proud principal Sam Dennison.
He said, “Well done Reuben and Anna for making this amazing contribution. This was their own initiative and all at McClintock were amazed to hear about their charitable endeavours in their own time.
“They are a very talented pair and have been busy over the past week making these vital items for the frontline workers. At a time of doom and gloom it is great to highlight something positive and pupils who are going the extra mile. We’re so proud of both of them.”
