A KIND-HEARTED schoolgirl has been inspired to cut her extremely long hair short to help create wigs for children who have cancer.
Now sporting a stylish cropped ‘do, Rachel Moore got 21 inches of her natural brown hair cut at Louise’s Salon, Castle Street, recently.
The Little Princess Trust provides free real hair wigs to children and young people, up to 24-year-olds, who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or other conditions.
The charity further fund pioneering, life-saving research into childhood cancers.
Certainly a ‘superhairo’, the 13-year-old has also successfully raised £250 – and counting – for the Little Princess Trust.
