A TYRONE man accused of sexually assaulting a teenage babysitter has been found not guilty.
Aged in his thirties, the defendant, who cannot be identified, denied committing the offences on September 7, 2019.
His trial got underway at Dungannon Crown Court last week.
The jury retired yesterday (Wednesday) and, after a few hours deliberation, returned not guilty verdicts.
Judge Brian Sherrard QC thanked the jury and told the defendant he was free to go.
