Reagan Fay set the tone early with a pair of tidy points, followed swiftly by scores from Lauren Fitzgerald, Áine McNulty, and a long-range strike from Aisling Hagan.

The Tyrone attack looked sharp and efficient, with Áine Cunningham converting a ’45 and Grainne Rafferty also getting on the scoresheet.

Áine McNulty continued her lively display up front, tagging on three more points before halftime. Contributions from Bronagh Moohan and Rachel O’Neill kept the scoreboard ticking, and Fitzgerald capped off a dominant first-half showing with a well-taken goal. Tyrone went into the break leading 1-16 to 0-0.

The second period saw Tyrone introduce fresh legs, with Grainne McDonald, Grainne Cassidy, Mollie O’Hanlon, Róise Kerr and Emer Cunningham all entering the fray and fitting in seamlessly. Louth, to their credit, battled throughout and managed a consolation point through Jane Carter. Tyrone’s intensity never dipped, as they added further scores from Hagan, McNulty, Fitzgerald, and Beth Jones, who also stood out with a strong display in defence.

The game was rounded off when substitute Emer Cunningham reacted quickest to a loose ball in the square to fire home their second goal. With ten players contributing to the scoreboard and a disciplined defensive showing,  Tyrone will take great momentum into their next outing, where they are set to face Wicklow.
