AN Omagh school has created a new ‘outdoor learning zone’.
The new project at Omagh County Primary School will allow the children to discover more about the world around them.
The zone has been developed by members of the school’s eco club.
The pupils have planted 15 trees in the learning zone and a representative from the climate team at Fermanagh and Omagh District Council visited the school to highlight the importance of protecting and developing our environment.
“Well done to all the pupils and thank you for your action to protect and enhance the environment,” said a council spokesperson.
