LOVE was certainly in the air for Ryan and Rachel McPhilomey of the Western Trust, who scrapped the scrubs and raised a glass to good health and happiness on their wedding day.
Ryan McPhilomey, staff nurse of the Lime Ward of Tyrone and Fermanagh Hospital, and his beautiful bride, Rachel Philips, who is the deputy sister of the Elm Ward, Tyrone and Fermanagh Hospital tied the knot recently, in a beautiful wedding adorned with flowers, family and friends.
The happy couple, who are both from Omagh, met at university while studying mental health nursing.
Sharing the spoils of the good news, Kellie McGilloway, ward sister and adult mental health and disability services, was delighted for the pair.
“Wishing you both a lifetime of love and happiness from your colleagues in the Western Trust,” she said.
