IN an article in today’s Ulster Herald, we carried a story stating that the SDLP MLA, Daniel McCrossan, had appeared in court and received a fine for speeding.
However, the information carried in the story relates to another person of the same name, not Daniel McCrossan MLA. We apologise unreservedly for our mistake, and the understandable distress this has caused to Mr McCrossan.
