Police have arrested a man in Omagh after reports of burglaries in the Brookmount area of the town.
The accused is also charged with possessing a Class B controlled drug.
The PSNI said, “Detectives investigating reports of burglaries in the Brookmount Road area, Brook Street and Brookmount Crescent areas of Omagh yesterday (25th March) have charged a 27-year-old man.”
“The man is scheduled to appear before Dungannon Magistrates’ Court today, Friday 26th March, and he is charged with offences, including three counts of burglary and possession of a Class B controlled drug.”
“As is usual procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.”
