On Thursday at Strabane Magistrates Court a preliminary enquiry was held and Deputy District Judge John Connolly agreed there is a prima facie case to answer.

Kilpatrick was subsequently released on her own bail of £500 and ordered to appear at Dungannon Crown Court on March 29.
