TWO people were arrested and several thousands of pounds worth of Class B and Class C drugs were seized during a property search in Omagh earlier this week.
A sum of money was also seized during the incident, with the male and female suspects released on bail.
A 25-year-old man and a 22-yearold woman were arrested following a ‘proactive’ policing operation, under the
Misuse of Drugs Act in Omagh recently.
A quantity of suspected Class B and Class C controlled drugs and a sum of money were seized during the incident.
The man and woman, who were arrested on suspicion of related offences, have both been released on police bail
pending further enquiries”.
A police spokesmen said, “I would appeal to anyone with information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, about the supply of illegal drugs to contact police immediately on the non-emergency number 101”.
