Having invested heavily in training for staff, the Omagh-based recruitment agency, MPA Recruitment, believes that offering excellent customer care and service is vitally important to keeping customers loyal. Providing a personalised service, customer feedback forms revealed a need for a 24/7 service and an on-call team. This has since been actioned. In the current economy MPA is aware of customer financial constraints – such as petrol costs – and go to clients’ locations for meetings. MPA staff always make efforts to encourage returning customers by building and maintaining relationships.

AXA Insurance

Ranked internally as one of the top three AXA NI employees, Rosie Conway in the Omagh office has received 100 per-cent results time and time again for meeting customer needs, quality and compliance. One of Rosie’s sayings is, “It’s nice to be nice.” She believes fulfilling customers’ needs and providing good service is a basic element of customer service. Customers can leave online feedback and Rosie has frequently received recognition and time efficiency praise. She always ensures she is in well-versed in new products to respond to all enquiries.

Tyrone Grave Care

Colin Cox, of Tyrone Grave Care, supplies and erects headstones and the surrounds, as well as offering a grave cleaning service. Having dealt with bereaved customers for around ten years, he is sensitive to the nature of the work and has built up a very trusting working relationship with his clients. Colin feels he puts his heart and soul into his work to give a very detailed service. He also receives work instructions from international clients who need graves of lost loved ones tidied up or cleaned.
