Supervalu

Supervalu has been a part of Omagh town centre for more than 25 years, and the building that houses it has been a supermarket for around half-a-century. Some staff have worked there for over 40 years and the store has a large number of long-time customers who wouldn’t dream of shopping anywhere else. The Market Street premises is currently undergoing a major renovation aimed at reinvigorating the business, which will initially expand the off-licence and introduce a new in-store café.

Primark

Employing more than 85 staff, the Primark store has become a focal point in Omagh town centre since first opening seven years ago. The company has made a significant investment in its Omagh premises and has outstanding facilities for staff, including a ‘chill zone’ in which to have a quiet moment. For six years in a row, the Market Street store has received the highest customer satisfaction score of any Primark in the UK. The stock is refreshed and updated often and people call in regularly to see what’s new.
