10 Great Questions To Ask In An Interview

We’ve all been in an interview, that we think is going pretty well and then we get the dreaded question. The one that we fear above all others. The question that shows whether or not we are fully capable of the job or so we are led to believe.

The question to which we are referring is of course, the dreaded, “Do you have any questions?” This is quite a tricky one, and please don’t ever answer this with a question about salary or bonus. It looks as though you are more interested in collecting your wages than contributing to the company.

While money is what we essentially work for, our employment should be about more than that.

Although the temptation to simply end the interview may be strong, (they are quite nerve wrecking, and there is always a sense of relief when they’re over) resist the temptation and try to ask a question.

It’s difficult to come up with a relevant and interesting question or questions, so we’ve used this infographic from Alexa Jobs to give you a few ideas of what questions you could ask to show that you are interested, engaged and capable.
