Funnyman Neil Delamere returns to Cookstown and Omagh stages

Tyrone audiences will have the opportunity to catch the hilarious tales, razor-sharp observations, and quick-witted improvisation of funnyman, Neil Delamere, when he stops off at the county next month.

Renowned for the hit television shows, ‘The Blame Game’ and ‘The Panel’, Neil has also recently appeared on the smash hit TV shows, ‘Countdown’, ‘Celebrity Mastermind’, ‘The Celebrity Chase’, and ‘Beat The Chasers’ – with many more to follow in 2024.

The Offaly comedian will be taking to Cookstown at The Burnavon Theatre on February 1, followed by a show in Omagh’s Strule Arts Centre on February 2, as part of his ‘Neil By Mouth 2024 Tour’.

The comedian is currently travelling across the UK and Ireland, aiming to pop by nearly every major city and town possible.

Best-known for his irreverent style of humour and for making people laugh at themselves, Delamere began his comedy career in 2004 at the legendary ram-packed Edinburgh Fringe Festival, where
he won an award for being one
of the best debut stand-up comedians.

After spring-boarding to fame, Neil is now a regular face on TV; appearing on the BBC One comedy TV show, ‘One Night Stand’, which showcases some of the UK and Ireland’s most popular comedians, including Johnny Vegas, Michael McIntyre, and Local favourite Patrick Kielty.

Delamere also hosts a popular radio show on Today FM every Sunday, called ‘Neil Delamere’s Sunday Best’. In the show, Neil plays some of his favourite music, chats to guests and tells hilarious road stories from his many stand-up tours.

He is, perhaps, best-known in the North as a regular member of the popular BBC NI panel show the ‘Blame Game’, where Delamere has been a panelist on the Friday night show since it first aired on our screens nearly 20 years ago.

l Tickets for ‘Neil Delamere – Neil By Mouth’, are available now at The Burnavon Theatre website and Strule Arts Centre website.
