Oliver Roche
Oliver is a native of Newtownstewart who has been living in Omagh for over 25 years with his wife and children. In practice for over 35 years, he is the senior and founding partner of the firm.
Oliver specialises in criminal law and personal injury litigation, including road traffic accidents; accidents at work; accidents in public places; medical negligence and liquor licencing. He has extensive experience in judicial review and both domestic and commercial conveyancing. Oliver is also qualified to practice in the Republic of Ireland.
Sharon McBride
Sharon has more than 20 years’ experience in practice. She specialises in children and family law, including Divorce and Ancillary Relief (financial matters), domestic violence and injunctions.
Sharon is a member of the Children’s Order Panel, and works with the Guardian ad litem agency, qualifying her to work for children and young people in care. Sharon also has extensive experience in personal injury claims.
Michael Scally
A practising solicitor since 1980, Michael has 40 years’ experience in many areas of the law, and specialises in conveyancing (residential and commercial) remortgages; wills; probate and estates; and licensing. He also has extensive experience in civil litigation.
Michael has previously been a partner in Crawford Scally & Co, before joining us in February 2016.
Patrick Roche
A native of Omagh, Patrick was educated in St Colmcille’s PS and then Omagh CBS before completing his degree in Queen’s University Belfast (QUB).
Patrick is the son of Oliver and Fiona Roche and the grandson of retired local GP DR Pat & Agnes O’Neill.
Patrick is an active member in local clubs such as Drumragh Sarsfields GAC and Omagh Golf Club. Patrick joined the firm in September 2016 after graduating from Queen’s University Belfast followed by a two-year apprenticeship with the firm, while completing his post graduate diploma in professional legal studies.
Admitted to the roll of solicitors in 2018, Patrick works primarily in criminal law, and has gained extensive experience appearing in Magistrates Courts and Crown Courts on a daily basis, with cases ranging from road traffic offences to serious crime.
Patrick has an extensive personal injury portfolio, achieving high settlements on behalf of his clients.
