Police have arrested a 31 year old man following a creeper style burglary in Omagh on Thursday 1st July.
Shortly after 3:35am, it was reported that entry was gained to a house in the Campsie Crescent area and a green Ford Fiesta was taken from the property.
It is believed the vehicle was upended after in was involved in a one vehicle road traffic collision in the Curr Road area following the incident.
The man was arrested on suspicion of a number of related offences and remains in police custody at this time.
Enquiries are continuing and anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious activity in the area is asked to contact us on 101 quoting reference 195 of 01/07/21.
