NOW some five months into the COVID-19 pandemic, the legal sector has had to react at speed to survive. Remote working is now the new ‘norm’.
Since re-opening its office doors on July 1, Fox Law has been able to adapt with ease to the new working ‘norm’ due to years of investment in digital practice management system and remote working capabilities.
The Tyrone legal firm is glad to report that their lawyers have successfully held remote hearings through the month of July from their offices linking into the courts in Dungannon and Belfast.
While not yet back to full capacity, courts across the North are continuing along their business continuity plan. Fox Law has further hearings scheduled in the months to come, to take place remotely from its office.
The firm’s clients have reported a very positive experience from the remote hearings that have taken place in the office so far.
In addition to court business, property transactions have also been moving along and are nearly back to pre-lockdown levels.
Fox Law continues to have in place Covid-19 precautions to ensure the safety of all visitors to the office to sign wills or any other legal documents.
The local firm is confident that, if a further lockdown situation should arise, they have established sound systems to ensure business continuity with minimal impact.
If you have a legal matter please do not delay in getting the right advice from the start contact Fox Law today.
A spokesperson for the firm added, “Law as it should be. Stay safe.”
