POLICE are appealing for information about a house fire in Dungannon last night (Monday, 19th October).
The blaze at a property on Annaghbeg Road was reported to police shortly after 10:20pm.
Police and other emergency services responded to the incident.
A woman who was inside the house was taken to safety outside where an officer assisted with administering first aid.
The woman, who was the only person inside the house, was then taken to hospital where she remains this morning.
Inspector Stickland said, “Firstly, I would like to thank everyone who helped at the scene last night.
“Our enquiries into what occurred continue and anyone with information is asked to call us on 101, and quote reference number 1944 of 19/10/20.”
